The YHA London Earl’s Court is located in a Victorian building on a quiet residential street in London. It’s ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and numerous tourist attractions.
What does the Campus include?

Coaches
All of our coaches are bilingual in English and Spanish and are involved in sports; they are either certified coaches, active players, or university graduates with degrees in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences.

The main languages used on campus will be English and Spanish.

Boys and girls ages 11 to 16 of all skill levels who want to learn and have fun.

Payment Methods
Depending on the payment method you choose, the payment options are as follows:

Option Without Accommodations (€400): Available only with FULL PAYMENT at the time of registration.

Program with Accommodations (€1,300): You can choose between FULL PAYMENT or RESERVING A SPOT (by paying 50% now).
If you choose “RESERVE A SPOT” (Accommodation-Only option), for the second payment of the remaining balance, you can choose between:
- 100% Card Option (Installment Payment): You pay 50% now with a credit card, and for the remaining half, you’ll receive a payment link via email one month in advance.
- Bank Transfer Option: Pay 50% now by credit card and pay the remainder via bank transfer before the start of the camp.

Registration Requirements
- Be between 12 and 16 years of age and have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You must have made the payment by credit or debit card through our virtual POS terminal.
- Be eager to have fun and learn.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All participants who register for the Vicente del Bosque Campus and who, for non-medical reasons, wish to cancel their registration will receive a refund of the registration fee in accordance with the following guidelines:
- If the cancellation is requested more than 30 days before the start* of the camp, the organization will process the refund, and in this case, only a 50-euro cancellation fee will be charged.
- 50% refund if cancellation is requested between 30 and 15 days before the start* of the camp.
- No refund if the cancellation is requested less than 14 days before the start* of the camp.
Exceptions:
In the event of a serious illness or injury, upon presentation of a certified medical leave note, the amount paid will be refunded, provided that the participant has not yet begun the camp.
Once the camp has begun, no refunds will be issued. If an injury and/or illness occurs during the camp, participants may make up the missed days during another week of the camp. If it is not possible to make up the missed days due to the injury and/or illness, a pro-rated refund will be issued.

The consumer is hereby informed that they do not have the right of withdrawal. This right is excluded pursuant to the provisions of Article 103(l) of the Consolidated Text of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 (exceptions to the right of withdrawal): “the provision of lodging services for purposes other than residential use, the transportation of goods, vehicle rentals, meals, or services related to recreational activities, if the contracts specify a specific date or period of performance.”

Do participants need to know how to play soccer?
There is no specific proficiency level required to attend our summer camps; students are grouped by age and proficiency level, and they come to learn, have fun, and make friends.
What is the purpose of the Vicente del Bosque Campus?
The goal of the camp is to promote physical activity, camaraderie, and the values that sports can instill at a time when new technologies are drawing young people away from sports.
Will Vicente Del Bosque visit the Campus participants?
Whenever possible, Don Vicente Del Bosque makes at least one visit to each main location (province) during the camps. Families will be notified via email and social media so that all children who have participated in any of the weeks held in the province can attend the special event at no additional cost for the talk, group photo, and autographs with Vicente and the other children.
Can I change the dates of my reservation?
As long as availability permits, we’ll be happy to arrange the change at no additional cost.
Do they get a free sports uniform?
You will receive a complete set of equipment during the first week of registration; in subsequent weeks or upon renewal, you will use the same set provided during the first week. You may purchase an additional set of equipment for later weeks.
Can I request a spot in the same group as another participant?
Yes, the onlyrequirement is that participants be the same age or of a similar age so as not to interfere with the sporting activity.Groups are formed based on age and athletic ability. Groups are formed based on age and athletic ability.
What sports activities do the participants engage in?
The main activity on campus is soccer.
Can my child bring a phone or tablet?
No, it’s not necessary at all; students come to campus to play sports. If the tutors need to communicate something, they will have a phone to contact the coordinator directly.
Are parents allowed to be present during practice?
Although it is permitted, the campus administration does not recommend that families attend practices, as this generally has a negative impact on the sessions.
Who are the coaches and instructors working with the participants?
All of our coaches have strong ties to sports, whether as certified coaches, active players, or graduates with degrees in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences.
What language do the coaches and participants use to communicate?
The primary language will be Spanish, although some staff members speak English fluently to help international students participate in sports activities.
Can my child attend if he or she has a disability or medical condition?
Yes, provided that the disability does not significantly affect the participant’s mobility and that the participant is able to participate in group activities.
Does the student need to have health insurance?
We recommend it; we provide liability insurance for all our participants, and in the unlikely event of an incident, we would contact the guardian immediately.
If my child has a serious medical condition, can he or she attend the campus?
Yes, as long as it is under control and compatible with physical activity.

How do I make the payment?
Payment for the reservation must be made by credit card upon completion of registration via the Virtual POS, or by bank transfer to the Banco Santander account: ES62 0049 1526 2425 1002 0274
Can I cancel my registration?
If you wish to cancel your reservation, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, provided that there are at least 15 calendar days remaining before the start of the first week of the camp. Otherwise, the full amount will be forfeited.
Can discounts be combined?
Discounts cannot be combined; you can choose the one that best suits you, but you cannot combine them.
Can you send me a letter so I can apply for the visa?
Yes, we’ll need the student’s information, country of origin, and a letter of motivation.
What materials should participants bring?
Participants should bring athletic shoes (we recommend soccer cleats), sneakers, a swimsuit, sunscreen, a towel, and flip-flops (if applicable). We also recommend that they bring a mid-morning snack.
What is included in the price?
The Summer Camp includes:
- Liability insurance.
- 15 hours per week of soccer-specific training.
- Training uniform (shirt and shorts).
- Water, refreshments, and a snack.
- Daily swimming session (subject to facility availability and, where applicable, depending on the venue).
- Certificate of Participation.
Do students eat on campus?
Only students who optionally sign up for the extended schedule until 3:00 p.m. (depending on the location) will eat.
How many participants are assigned to each coach?
Participants assigned to each coach: One coach for every 12–15 students.
Do they have to bring sports equipment?
No, we provide all the sports equipment needed for the sports activities.
At what age can I enroll my child?
The minimum age to attend the campus is 6 years old.
Code of Conduct
To ensure a cooperative and welcoming atmosphere during the camp, all students must follow the rules below (which must be read by the student and their parents or legal guardians), which will be strictly enforced by camp staff:
- Respect and take care of all facilities and equipment at all times.
- Take care of the environment and everything around you. Please always use the trash cans.
- Follow the established schedule at all times.
- Never leave the campus without permission.
- Pay attention, listen to, and obey the camp staff, coaches, counselors, and the campus director.
- Please do not use obscene or aggressive language; we all feel better when we are treated with courtesy and kindness.
- Any acts of disrespect stemming from racism, xenophobia, hatred, discrimination, or bullying will be punishable by expulsion from the campus and referral to the appropriate authorities.
- Be polite and respectful to other students and staff. All of us—instructors, coaches, trainers, and campus staff—are here to make your time on campus as enjoyable as possible.
- Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
- The campus administration recommends that you do not bring valuables such as jewelry or electronic devices (such as cameras, cell phones, computers, tablets, etc.).
The Vicente Del Bosque Campus is not liable for damage to, loss of, or theft of personal valuables that are not necessary for campus activities.
All of our staff are ready to listen to you and will treat you with respect, because you are the foundation of the program and the primary reason for our commitment to our work.
The following measures will be taken in response to inappropriate conduct:
Step 1: The student will receive a verbal warning and instructions on how to correct their behavior. The campus director will be notified, and the student will be required to speak with the director about the situation.
Step 2: If the inappropriate behavior continues, the student’s parents will be contacted and informed of the student’s actions.
Step 3: A participant will be suspended or expelled from the campus if the previous steps have failed to address the issue and the rules and regulations continue to be consistently violated. Parents will be notified immediately of such expulsion, and the necessary arrangements will be made for the participant to leave the campus. Parents or legal guardians will be responsible for all charges.
The Campus reserves the right to expel any student from the course if the student fails to comply with the above rules, or with any other rule, or if the student violates any Spanish law or regulation.
The Campus will not issue refunds and will not be liable in any way for the procedures or any costs and expenses. In the event that a student causes personal injury or property damage to a third party, all costs, liabilities, and expenses claimed against the Vicente Del Bosque Campus will be passed on to the student and his or her parents or guardians, who may not bring any claim against the campus organization.
