    Enrollment Requirements

    • Be between 6 and 15 years of age and be authorized by a parent/legal guardian.
    • To have made the payment by credit / debit card through our Virtual POS.
    • Be eager to have fun and learn.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    All participants who register for the Vicente del Bosque Campus and for reasons other than medical reasons wish to cancel their registration, the registration fee will be refunded according to the following parameters:

    • If the cancellation is requested more than 30 days before the start* of the campus. The organization will process the refund and in this case only 50 euros will be charged as administrative cancellation fee.
    • 50% refund if the cancellation is requested between 30 and 15 days from the start* of the campus.
    • No refund if the cancellation is requested less than 14 days before the start* of the campus.

    Exceptions:

    In case of serious illness or trauma upon presentation of a certified medical certificate, the amount paid will be refunded, as long as the participant has not started the campus.

    Once the campus has started, no refund will be made. In the event that the justified injury and/or illness is during the development of the campus, they may compensate the contracted days in another week during the development of the campus, in the event that it is not possible to compensate the days due to the injury and/or illness, the proportional part will be returned.

    Do participants need to know how to play soccer?

    It is not necessary to have a specific level to attend our Summer Camps, students are divided by age and level, they come to learn, enjoy and make friends.

    What is the objective of the Vicente del Bosque Campus?

    The objective of the Campus is to promote physical activity, camaraderie and the values that sport can bring at a time when new technologies try to separate young people from sport.

    Does Vicente Del Bosque visit the Campus participants?

    Don Vicente Del Bosque usually makes a minimum of one visit to each main site (Province) during the development of the campus. Families will be informed by email and social networks so that all children who have participated in any of the weeks that take place in the province can attend the special day at no additional cost for the talk, group photo and signatures with Vicente and the other children.

    Can I change the dates of the reservation?

    As long as there is availability, we will be happy to manage the change at no additional cost.

    Do they give you a sports kit?

    A complete kit is given to you in the first week of registration, in the following weeks or renewals they will use the same kit delivered in the first week. It is possible to purchase an extra kit for subsequent weeks.

    Can I ask for a place in the same group as another participant?

    What are the sports activities developed by the participants?

    The main activity that takes place on campus is soccer.

    Can my child bring the phone or tablet?

    No, it is not necessary at all, the student comes to the campus to practice sports, in the event that the tutors need to communicate something, they will have a telephone to contact the coordinator directly.

    Are parents allowed to be present during trainings?

    Yes, it is allowed, but we do not recommend that families attend the training sessions as it usually interferes in a negative way with them.

    Who are the trainers and monitors that are with the participants?

    All our coaches have a strong connection with sport, whether they are certified coaches, active players or graduates in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences.

    In what language do coaches and participants communicate?

    The general language will be Spanish, with at least 50% of the staff speaking English perfectly.

    Can my child attend if they have any type of disability or illness?

    Yes, as long as the disability does not seriously affect the participant’s mobility and can be integrated into the group dynamics.

    Does the student have to have health insurance?

    It is advisable, we insure all our participants with civil liability insurance, and in the unlikely event that there is an incident we will immediately contact the tutor.

    If my child has a major medical problem, can he come to campus?

    Yes, as long as it is controlled and compatible with physical activity.

    How do I make the payment?

    Can the registration be cancelled?

    If you want to cancel the reservation, 50% of the registration will be refunded, as long as there are no less than 15 calendar days left before the start of the first week of the campus. In such case, the full amount will be forfeited.

    Can discounts be accumulated?

    It is not possible to accumulate discounts, you can choose the one that suits you best, but never accumulate them.

    Can you send me a letter to process the visa?

    Yes, we will need the student’s data, country of origin and motivation letter.

    What material should the participants bring?

    Participants must bring sports shoes (we recommend multi-stud soccer boots), sports shoes, swimsuit, sun cream, towel and flip-flops. We also recommend that you bring a mid-morning lunch.

    What does the price include?

    The Summer Camp includes:

    • 15 hours per week of soccer-specific training.

    Do students eat on campus?

    Only students who optionally contract the extended hours until 3:00 p.m. (depending on the venue) will eat.

    How many participants is assigned to each coach?

    Participants assigned to each coach: Coach range 1 per 12 – 15 students.

    Do they have to bring sports equipment?

    No, we provide all the sports equipment necessary for the development of sports activities.

    From what age can I enroll my child?

    The initial age to attend the campus is 6 years.

     

    Code of Conduct

    To ensure a cooperative and welcoming environment while on campus, all students must adhere to the following rules (to be read by the student and parent/guardian), which will be enforced and enforced by campus staff:

    • Respect and take care of all facilities and material at all times.
    • Take care of the environment and everything that surrounds it. Please always use the rubbish bins.
    • Follow the established program at all times.
    • Do not leave campus facilities without permission, ever.
    • Pay attention, listen and obey the camp staff, coaches, monitors and the campus director.
    • Do not use obscene or aggressive language, we all feel better if we are treated with good manners and affection.
    • Disrespect due to racism, xenophobia, hatred, discrimination or bullying will be punishable by expulsion from the campus and being brought to the attention of the competent authorities.
    • Be courteous and respectful to other students and staff. All of us, monitors, coaches, trainers and campus staff, are here to make your participation in the campus as pleasant as possible.
    • Drugs and alcohol are absolutely prohibited.
    • The campus organization recommends not bringing valuables such as jewelry, electronic equipment (such as cameras, mobile phones, computers, tablets…).

     

    The Vicente Del Bosque Campus is not responsible for the damage, loss or theft of valuable personal property that is not necessary for campus activity.

    All the staff is willing to listen to you and will treat you with respect, because you are the basis of the program and the first reason for our commitment to our work.

    The following steps will be applied for inappropriate conduct:

    Step 1 : The participant will receive a verbal warning and instructions to correct their behavior. The campus principal will be informed and the student will need to speak with the principal about the situation.

    Step 2 : If the inappropriate behavior persists, then the student’s parents will be called and informed of the student’s actions.

    Step 3 : Suspension or expulsion from campus will proceed, when the previous steps have failed with the participant in question and the rules and regulations continue to be constantly broken. Parents will be promptly informed of such expulsion and arrangements will be made for the participant to leave the Campus. Parents/legal guardians will be responsible for all charges.

    The Campus reserves the right to expel any student from the course if the student does not comply with the above rules, or with any rule or if the student violates any Spanish law or regulation.

    The Campus will not make refunds and will have no responsibility for the procedures or any costs and expenses. In the event that a student causes personal injury or damage to the property of third parties, all costs, responsibilities and expenses claimed from the Vicente Del Bosque Campus will be transferable to the student and his/her parents or representatives, who will not be able to exercise any recourse. against the campus organization.
