CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All participants who register for the Vicente del Bosque Campus and for reasons other than medical reasons wish to cancel their registration, the registration fee will be refunded according to the following parameters:
If the cancellation is requested more than 30 days before the start* of the campus. The organization will process the refund and in this case only 50 euros will be charged as administrative cancellation fee.
50% refund if the cancellation is requested between 30 and 15 days from the start* of the campus.
No refund if the cancellation is requested less than 14 days before the start* of the campus.
Exceptions:
In case of serious illness or trauma upon presentation of a certified medical certificate, the amount paid will be refunded, as long as the participant has not started the campus.
Once the campus has started, no refund will be made. In the event that the justified injury and/or illness is during the development of the campus, they may compensate the contracted days in another week during the development of the campus, in the event that it is not possible to compensate the days due to the injury and/or illness, the proportional part will be returned.
* Start date of campus: June 24, 2025
The consumer is informed that he is not entitled to the right of withdrawal. it is excluded under the provisions of letter l of Article 103 of the consolidated text RDL 1/2007 (exceptions to the right of withdrawal): “the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than to serve as housing, transportation of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of execution”.

RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
CAMPUS reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.
GENERALITIES
CAMPUS will pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond by law.
MODIFICATION OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS AND DURATION
CAMPUS may modify the conditions determined here at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will be valid until they are modified by others duly published.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between CAMPUS and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any controversy / divergence arising from this contract, both parties submit to the decision of the matter or dispute raised through institutional arbitration, provided that both parties agree. In the event that the arbitration does not take place by mutual agreement or is declared null and void, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals according to the applicable regulations, without waiver of any of the parties’ own jurisdiction.
LEGAL NOTICE AND PRIVACY POLICY
The relationship between CAMPUS and the USER shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals according to the applicable regulations, except in the following cases:
Arbitral Tribunal: The USER is not obliged to submit to a specific arbitral tribunal. The USER always has the option to go to the ordinary jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction: No express submission agreements are allowed in terms of jurisdiction for consumers. The competent jurisdiction shall be that of the domicile of the consumer/user, provided that such domicile is within the territory of the European Union.
